Standard Cancellation Terms

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests

Cancellations must be made through our Website Client Portal or by emailing admin@wellnessrewired.com.au

For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a refund less a $10 admin fee
Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit

Not showing up for a scheduled appointment is considered a "no-show" and will result in forfeiture of your deposit

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges
Special Circumstances

If you are ill, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment

In case of emergency situations, we will evaluate cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis

If we need to cancel your appointment due to practitioner illness or emergency, we will offer either a full refund or reschedule to a mutually convenient time
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the Website Client Portal link provided in your booking confirmation email. First-time portal users should click "sign up" when the page loads.
